How much is the shipping fee?

The shipping fee is €8 within Europe. We do currently only ship within Europe. If you are interested in bulk orders outside of Europe, please contact us via the contact form on this page.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is normally 2-7 working days. The shipping is delivered through a third-party distributor (currently PostNord), and therefor we can not guarantee the delivery time on behalf of their mistakes, or force majeure, etc. If the shipping is not delivered within 7 days, contact us via the contact form on this page and we will do everything in our power to track and force the shipping.

What if my package is not delivered on time?

How do I know that my order has been registered?

You should receive an order confirmation to your e-mail. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check if the payment were processed correctly (e.g. via bank statement). Can I return my order?

All products purchased from our website can always be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. The product must be intact in its original packaging. Your purchase is refunded when (non damaged) packages and products have been received by us. Please note that as a customer you may be subject to shipping costs when you return your package to us. Milly Studio (Thure AB) is not responsible for any product lost during the return shipment. What happens if I do not receive my parcel?

How do I regret my purchase?
